There is already a great sense of excitement building for our March Dog Competition, with many enthusiastic community members looking forward to the event. At our February market, some of our furry visitors even got into the spirit early, arriving beautifully dressed and delighting the crowd — a lovely preview of what’s to come.🐕‍🦺🐾

THE ROTARY CLUB OF HAMPTON WILL BE DONATING THE GATE TAKINGS FROM THIS MONTH’S BAYSIDE FARMERS MARKET (April 26) TO THE QUEENSLAND FLOOD APPEAL.
The donation will be sent to Rotary District 9560 Disaster Fund where Rotarians in Queensland administer the fund making sure that all funds go to the people who need it.
Unlike other NGO’s Rotary is run 100% by volunteers and 100% of monies donated to Rotary Projects go direct to the projects.
The fucus of the project will be as follows:
- Phase 1: Immediate Financial Assistance
- Phase 2: Coordination of Essential Goods
- Phase 3: Mental Health Support
There are 2 ways to contribute to Rotary’s disaster response and ensure your support goes directly to helping those in need:
Come along to the Bayside Farmers Market on Saturday 26th April and your donation at the gate will be sent to the fund.

Our next market is on the 26th, not that far away when you take the break for Easter out.
We are showing the recipient of part of our takings from the March Market.
Each Market raises funds for local groups and at times supports some overseas issues.
If you have not already done so, put the date in your diary and mark up the calendar now.

It shall not be long before the next market. Apart from the multitude of goodies to eat and take home, coffee etc. to drink, plants to sow or flowers to admire there is a marvelous way that the small ones can enjoy themselves.
