Braised Bros. Braised Bros are a mobile food truck operating in the Perth Metropolitan area. We strongly believe in the utilisation of Western Australian produce.

Here at Braised Bros. we believe in the simple formula of using the best produce available to create our seasonal menu's. Using the classic cooking technique of Braising, locally sourced produce and an unsophisticated approach to our food, we let the quality of Western Australian produce speak for itself.

After 8 years running Braised Bros Food Truck we have decided it was time for us to stop.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the customers and event organizers that made our venture a success over the years, and we know we are going to miss our Braised Bros red truck, its patrons and the friendly fellow food vendors we met along the way.

Thank you very much and always enjoy and support the Perth Food Trucks out there.
