🥓 HOMEMADE MIDDLE & BELLY BACON, & HAMS — NITRATE FREE! 🐷

There’s something pretty special about bacon and ham made the old-fashioned way — and ours is homemade right here in our shop! ❤️

Even better, our bacon and ham are nitrate free. But what does that actually mean?

👉 Nitrates are commonly used in cured meats to help preserve them, maintain colour and contribute to that familiar cured flavour.

👉 Nitrate free means we don’t add these curing agents to our bacon or ham. Instead, we keep things simple and let quality meat, traditional methods and time do the work.

The result? Great-tasting, homemade bacon and ham without added nitrates. 🙌

Pop in and grab some for breakfast, sandwiches, or just because it’s bacon! 😋🥓
