As winter arrives and you are dreaming of a tropical getaway...why not add some coconut to your meal! All organic! Desiccated, shredded, flaked: add to granolas, baking or as a topping. Coconut oil, coconut flour, and coconut sugar. Try swapping out peanut butter for almond/coconut butter in your smoothie or on your toast!
