This Shaved Fennel Salad is fresh, crunchy and full of flavour. It makes a great side for all sorts of meals, from grilled meats and fish to Italian-inspired favourites like pasta, pizza and polenta. My favourite version includes sweet orange segments and plenty of fresh mint, which adds a lovely burst of freshness.

We packed so many boxes on Friday that we forgot to take photos of this week's seasonal boxes! Here's what was inside our large $75 seasonal box… where you can substitute two items out for two Prefered items:

Possible changes to fruit box pick-ups today

Hello everyone,

We wanted to let you know that there may be some changes to fruit box pick-ups today due to a minor family emergency that needs our attention. All is okay, but it does need to be prioritised. At this stage, we’re unsure how long things will take.

If you need to collect your box this afternoon, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to have your box ready. Otherwise, pick-ups will go ahead tomorrow morning (Saturday). We will notify you once your box has been made, as this may still happen today.

Friday night and Saturday deliveries are hopefully not affected.

Thank you so much for your understanding—we really appreciate your flexibility.
