We’re getting ready for our Christmas runs, and we need everyone to let us know what they would like us to bring.

Gold Coast to Cairns Christmas Run
Our final northern run for the year will take place during the last week of November or the first week of December.
Pick-up locations will include:
• Hervey Bay
• Rockhampton
• Yeppoon
• Mackay
• Townsville
• Cairns
We will also offer delivery along our travelling route for $30.
Exact dates, collection times and locations will be confirmed by email.
Gold Coast, Ipswich, Brisbane, North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast
Christmas orders for these areas will be ready between 5 December and 12 December.
Your exact collection or delivery arrangements will be confirmed by email.
Adelaide and Melbourne

We are planning Christmas orders for Adelaide and Melbourne in late November. Dates and arrangements will be confirmed by email.
Important — please do not send any money
This is an initial Christmas order request only.
Once we receive your email, we will contact you to confirm your order, including:
• Product availability
• Prices and your final total
• Pick-up or delivery arrangements
Once your order has been confirmed, an official invoice will be sent to you through Xero. The invoice will clearly display The Irish Van and will include your own unique invoice ID number.
Please follow the payment instructions provided on your individual invoice.
We will not take payment over the phone.
Christmas will be busy, so please send your order through early and tell us exactly what you would like us to bring!
