This is our friend Kat, from Kat Harvey Cheese in Murwillumbah. Back in mid 2022 we went to her with a sample of our prototype finger lime paste that we thought would complement certain cheeses. Thankfully, Kat agreed and she became our first stockist.

Four years later Kat has sold 100s of jars but, more importantly, gave us confidence and the belief that we were on to something. We now have stockists in 3 states (soon to be 4) and have developed a range of products that showcase the unique characteristics of each of the finger lime varieties we grow.

So if you’re a cheese lover and like our finger lime paste (or would like to try it), make sure you drop in to see Kat and ask her advice for the perfect pairing.

We can’t wait for this! For the first time, we’re going to have a stall at the Slow Food Brisbane Market!

Slow Food Brisbane is part of a global movement that supports the preservation of local food cultures and traditions. We’re really proud to support such a movement - finger limes are a native bush fruit found naturally only in south east QLD and north eastern NSW, and our small-batch products aim to showcase this unique Australian citrus.
