Our aim is to provide top quality meats at the best price while delivering excellence in customer service. Unlike the large chain stores and supermarkets, we're all about community and we love to get to know our customers on a first-name basis, so we can get to know you and what meats you love.

You might see the shop today and love it not knowing its rich history but it’s been passed down from great grandparents to the grandson so every generation along the way has made a mark on the brand that we stand for today.

We dry age our Altitude Select Beef in our ageing chamber for 30 days, where temperature and humidity are carefully controlled and maintained throughout the entire process.

Over those 30 days, the beef naturally breaks down connective tissue and tougher fibres, while losing moisture and concentrating its incredible natural beef flavour.

The result? A beautifully tender, intensely flavoured steak with that distinctive dry-aged depth you simply can’t get from a regular steak.
