Looking for a picnic-perfect dessert to share with friends or family this weekend? Look no further than this Strawberry Cheesecake Tart! 🍓

🛒 Ingredients:
5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
250g butternut snap cookies
90g unsalted butter, melted
30g strawberry crisps
1 1/4 cups caster sugar
500g cream cheese, softened
2 cups Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
1 1/2 tbs cornflour
3 eggs
2/3 cup tahini paste
500g strawberries, hulled
2 tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

👩‍🍳 Cooking method:
The Base: Press crushed Butternut Snap cookies mixed with melted butter into a tart tin and bake for 10 mins.
The Cheesecake: Blend cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, sugar, strawberry crisps, cornflour, and eggs. Pour into the crust and bake at 160°C for 30 mins, then cool.
The Topping: Top with a simple tahini-yoghurt mix, glazed fresh strawberries, and chopped pistachios!

We’ve seen these viral chicken meatballs popping up all over our feeds, so you know we had to test them out! Safe to say, the hype is 100% real—they’re amazingly juicy, super tender, and packed with delicious flavour 😋

⏱️ Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins | Serves: 4

Ingredients:
• 500g pkt Woolworths chicken mince
• 1 ⅓ cups Woolworths panko breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tbs Woolworths basil pesto
• 1 cup Woolworths cottage cheese
• 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
• 1 small brown onion, finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 x 400g Woolworths canned diced Italian tomatoes with basil and oregano
• 20g Woolworths parmesan, finely grated
• ½ bunch basil, leaves picked

Method:

Combine & roll: In a medium bowl, mix chicken mince, panko crumbs, egg, basil pesto, and half the cottage cheese until well combined. Using damp hands, shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Place on a lined tray and chill for 15 minutes to firm up.

Brown: Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs for 7–8 minutes, turning until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm.

Simmer sauce: Add onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Return meatballs to the pan, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.

Garnish & serve: Top with remaining cottage cheese, a generous sprinkle of parmesan, fresh basil leaves, and cracked black pepper.

Need a quick weeknight win? These Easy Chilli Con Carne Nachos are a dinner made easy—crisp, cheesy, and on the table in under 20 minutes! 🧀

⏱️ Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Serves: 4

Ingredients:
• 500g pkt Woolworths beef mince
• 170g sachet La Mesita chilli con carne simmer sauce
• 1 1/2 cups Woolworths tasty shredded cheese
• 1/2 x 400g pkt La Mesita white corn tortilla strips
• 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Method:

Brown the mince: Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add beef mince and cook for 5 minutes, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon until browned.

Simmer: Stir in the chilli con carne simmer sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes until well combined and heated through.

Layer: Preheat oven grill to medium. Reserve 1/2 cup of cheese. In a round ovenproof dish (~25cm), arrange half the tortilla chips, then top with half the cheese and half the mince. Repeat with the remaining chips, cheese, and mince.

Grill & serve: Sprinkle reserved cheese over the top. Grill for 4–5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Top with fresh coriander and dig in!

Looking for a side dish that’s a little different? This Strawberry & Fetta Salad with Pepita Crunch is beautifully balanced and guaranteed to impress for spring entertaining! 🍓

⏱️ Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 5 mins | Serves: 4

Ingredients:
• 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbs Woolworths 100% pure Canadian maple syrup
• 150g pkt Woolworths dry roasted cashews
• 1/2 cup Macro Organic pumpkin kernels
• 1/4 tsp flaky salt & 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
• 1/2 x 200g pkt Woolworths Danish-style fetta
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 punnet chives, finely chopped
• 3 tsp white wine vinegar
• 2pk little gem lettuce, leaves separated
• 60g baby leaf rocket
• 1 avocado, thickly sliced
• 1 1/2 x 250g punnet strawberries, hulled & sliced
• 1/2 cup basil leaves

Method:

Make the crunch: Heat a pan over medium heat with 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp maple syrup, cashews, pumpkin kernels, salt, chilli flakes, and remaining maple syrup. Cook for 4 minutes until sticky, then transfer to baking paper to cool.

Make the fetta dressing: In a screw-top jar, combine crumbled fetta, buttermilk, chives, vinegar, and reserved maple syrup. Season with black pepper and shake vigorously until combined.

Assemble & serve: Layer lettuce and rocket in a large serving bowl. Top with avocado, fresh strawberries, basil, and clusters of the pepita crunch. Drizzle with the fetta dressing and enjoy!

During August, Woolworths collects donations to distribute directly to local community groups. Additionally, Woolworths also donates 5¢ from the sale of every period care product in August.
