How does Wagyu Beef get its marbling? It is not as easy as we thought.

Mr Ozaki, the Master of Wagyu Beef, shows us how he identifies each cow and how he treats them during the feeding process.

🧬Genetics Fact : Record each cow’s gene history for breeding purposes (picture2)

🐮 Feeding fact : Different stages of growth have different needs, and the cows are fed with protein and healthy food. (Picture 3-7)

For example, young cows are usually fed with more wheat as they need more carbohydrates and a teenager cow will have more protein (just like us!). The older cows will eat more mineral and grass.

🍃Environmental fact : Spacey area, relaxing atmosphere
