Our Story

Offering fine food and farmers' markets on Queensland's Gold Coast, the mission of Bundall Farmers' Markets is: To facilitate authentic connections between farmers, producers, consumers and the community. Visiting Bundall Farmers' Markets is about more than just a shopping experience. Local residents and visitors to the Gold Coast interact with growers and producers of the food or products for sale and learn more about where their food has come from, how it was made and what elements went into its creation. Shoppers also meet with friends to do their shopping, catch up and linger awhile. It’s a far more interactive and rewarding experience for everyone involved. Bundall Farmers' Market also supports up and coming local and musicians. Being a food market, dogs aren't permitted inside, however there is a beautiful area Lakeside with seating, shady trees and grass where on-leash dogs are allowed. We also provide water bowls. We are a plastic bag free market so please BYO string/canvas bags or shopping trolleys. Our canvas market bags are for sale at our newspaper stand for $6, you can purchase a boomerang bag from some of our stalls or alternatively ask for a box from any of our farmers We are proud to work in association with Oz Harvest - a food rescue charity. Oz Harvest collects food from our very generous stall holders at the end of each market. The food is delivered the same day to one of their many charities that support disadvantaged and at risk communities including the homeless, youth at risk, women escaping domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse and those experiencing financial difficulties. Food that would otherwise go to waste...goes to those in need. Your Local Markets is proud to be involved in the international movement towards “localisation".
