We would like to share an update on the future of the markets.
Due to personal circumstances a decision has been made not to renew the current Development Approval (DA) with Council when it expires in December 2026. We intend to continue the monthly market as normal until that time (weather permitting).
This decision is not a reflection of the success or value of the markets, they remain a much-loved part of our community, and we are incredibly grateful to our stallholders, vendors, and everyone who supports them.
If any individual or organisation is interested in taking on the future operation of the markets, we are happy to support a smooth handover.
