We are looking for a capable, reliable operator to join our small team across Swan Reach to Buchan.

This role suits someone who can work independently, take ownership, and is looking for a long-term career in agriculture — not short-term or seasonal work.

Key duties:
✔️ Tractor & machinery operation
✔️ Livestock handling (cattle/sheep)
✔️ Fencing, maintenance & general farm work
✔️ Supporting pasture & feeding programs

You’ll bring:
✅ Solid farm experience
✅ Confidence with machinery & livestock
✅ Strong work ethic & ability to work solo
