Introducing this weekend’s scroll specials…. Tiramisu, & A Salted Caramel Bourbon.

The Tiramisu scroll, a fluffy dough filled with a coffee cream patisserie, then finished with a cream cheese topping & a sprinkle of cocoa .

Bourbon Salted Caramel scroll, A cinnamon bun filled with a spiced paste, topped with a bourbon salted caramel, then finished with torched brown sugar.

One of our newest additions to the bench and one that Norma’s (hopefully) going to keep around.

Found in the bakery in sandwich form, with layers of spiced tarragon chicken, crisp lettuce, cheddar, cucumber and walnuts. All enclosed in crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside sesame focaccia.
