Fabbrica Pasta Shop follows the great success of Ragazzi Wine and Pasta on Angel Place, and is a boundary-pushing deli selling pasta, sandwiches, produce and considered items related to the ritual of making pasta.

Fabbrica Presents...Puglia 🇮🇹

Limited spots remain for the first in our regional dinner series, transporting you to a different part of Italy for each evening.

On February 25th at Fabbs Darlo, Head Chef will join Fabbrica’s Exec Chef in the kitchen for a feast inspired by Puglia. You can expect a set menu of antipasti, primi, secondi and dolce, designed to share.

To drink, there will be an optional four-glass wine pairing, which can be pre-ordered or chosen on the night, if the mood strikes.

Our Culinary Director, , dropped in to see Fabbrica Newtown’s Head Chef last week.

The two talked (and laughed) through one of Keir’s latest, summery pastas - campanelle tossed through yellow zucchini, ricotta, lemon and basil, and topped with crunchy pangrattato and pecorino.

It’s a zippy, fresh number, on the menu now! ☀️

🚨 FABBRICA CBD’S TAKEAWAY SANDWICHES 🚨

Every day from 11am until sold out, you can grab a sando from our counter and go. Stroll to the park, eat al desko or smash on the run.

On the menu this week:

🐷 Mortadella, basil pesto, ricotta, salad
🍆 Grilled vegetables, pesto trapenese, mozzarella
🍗 Calabrese chicken, crunchy garlic, pickled onion, rocket
🥩 Wagyu beef, tonnato sauce, rocket (NEW, following our collab with .mediterranean a few weeks back...)

FYI: if you’d rather dine in, you can do that too, and each sandwich is served with house pickles and fries.

$20 NEWTOWN LUNCH SPECIAL 🍝

Ciao, Newtown! We've got a new lunch special for you, available from Wednesdays to Sundays, every week.

Head Chef Keir Ballantyne is tossing a couple of pastas for just $20, so you can twirl on in and choose a bowl of spaghetti alla amatriciana (pomodoro, pancetta and a little chilli), or conchiglie with broccoli and ricotta salata. 

Bookings encouraged, walk-ins welcome, lunch only.
