Known as the butcher’s cut, beef hanger skirt was traditionally the cut butchers kept aside for themselves and is prized for its rich, beefy flavour, in fact, more so than some premium cuts. 🔥

This week it’s on special for $22.99/kg (was $25.99/kg).🥩

To prepare, simply remove the middle sinew, season with salt then cook hot and fast over high heat until the internal temperature reaches 46 degrees celsius. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve with our housemade chimichurri for the ultimate steak experience.
