We source whole, pasture-raised livestock directly from farms that are committed to sustainable soil, plant and animal health. That means holistic, regenerative agricultural practices and no chemical fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, growth promotants or prophylactic antibiotics. All animals are raised outside on pasture, ruminants are entirely pasture-fed and everything we source and sell is i

dentified by the farm, breed and variety. We strive for transparency and respect at every step in the cycle - at the farm, from us, to you.

The beef short rib, but cut nice and thin. They’re well-marbled, deeply flavoured and perfect to quickly grill over charcoal.

While short rib is normally a cut that requires patience and a long cook - cut thinly across the bone like this gives you something very special to bbq.

This Saturday’s snack, in collaboration with Meredith Dairy.

Charcoal spit-roasted Meredith Dairy Milk Fed Capretto goat served with horiatiki salad, pita and whipped garlic & mint goat’s curd.

The salad brings together Living Earth heirloom tomatoes and cucumber, red onion, Parafield organic kalamata olives and Meredith Dairy’s marinated goat’s milk feta with a simple red wine vinegar dressing.

Fresh offal arrives weekly, and it never hangs around for long.

This week we’ve had organic Gundui Wagyu through the door, bringing with it beautifully fresh liver, heart, kidneys, tail and cheeks.

If you’re after quality, grass-fed offal, it’s always worth calling ahead or popping in early.

Ham has been eaten. Afternoon naps have been had. And with our batteries recharged, we’re so excited to be back for 2026...

We are incredibly humbled to have been awarded the best ham nationally in annual ham blind tasting.

All our leg hams come from the whole, slow-growing, heritage-breed, pasture-raised pigs we source directly from regeneratively-managed NSW and Victorian farms. ‘Pasture raised’ means that the pigs’ shelters are mobile, not fixed, and they are regularly moved to new territory that offers fresh foraging opportunities, diversity and allows the landscape to rest and recover.

We take our pasture-raised pork legs and lightly brine and smoke them. Our whole hams are available as bone-in, easy-carve, or half hams.

All of our hams started their life being regeneratively grown entirely outdoors and pasture raised. Each ham is also individually marked to ensure it can be traced to the farm it was grown on.
