What an incredible day with beautiful people! Today I spent Mother’s Day teaching a gf and df class at the sparkling new and could not have had more fun!! Everyone made a cake and a loaf of bread each to take home.. look at those beautiful loaves.. Thank you so much to everyone who came and made it so special and thank you for having me, I had a ball! Our buckwheat crackers had a great view at lunchtime, and see the last pic of how I got home.. 😂

Our delicious Anzac biscuits tick all the boxes - crunchy on the outside, chewy in the centre and totally addictive. They’re also vegan, nut free and (of course) gluten free, as always.. We have freshly baked biscuits today, or grab some of our Anzac biscuit dough to bake at home and take all the credit 😉

We spent our Saturday gathered with family and friends. Delicious sandwiches on our focaccia with a range of thoughtful and moreish fillings, impeccable coffee, great tunes in a beautiful spot by a kids park and the rolling Cooks River near the new inner west Greenway. Lovely vibes and great people.
Lemon and raspberry cake by us as per Miss 8’s specifications.
