🚨 TRUFFLE SEASON IS WRAPPING UP 🚨
GET YOUR FINAL ORDERS IN THIS WEEK.

Welcome Spring! As the seasons change, several lines are experiencing pressure while growing regions transition. This is typical for this time of year, and availability should improve as the warmer weather settles in.

Vegetables:
Corn, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Iceberg Lettuce are all improving. Heirloom Tomatoes, Yellow Grape Tomatoes, Coloured Dutch Carrots, Basil, Purple Basil and Yellow Beans remain under pressure as growing regions transition for Spring.

Fruit:
Ruby Grapefruit, Blood Oranges, Navel Oranges and Mandarins are our featured fruit lines and look fantastic. Mangoes are beginning to improve as we welcome the new season, while USA Red Grapes are also improving. Pineapples, Honeydew, Rockmelon, Pomegranates and Limes remain under pressure this week. Lastly, Persimmon season has officially come to an end.

This week's selections include Zucchini, Brussels Sprouts, Orange Dutch Carrot, Iceberg Lettuce, Mandarin, Pears and Lemons. Speak to your account manager regarding these specials.

Vegetables:
Celery is looking fantastic this week, with great quality and plenty available. It's an ideal time to feature it on menus. Zucchini, Iceberg Lettuce, Brussels Sprouts and Orange Dutch Carrots are also performing well. Corn, Beans, Basil, Chives and Dill continue to improve. Squash is limited while growing regions transition, with Lebanese Cucumbers, Yellow Grape Tomatoes and Heirloom Tomatoes also remaining limited.

Fruit:
Mandarins, Pears and Lemons are the standout fruit this week, with Watermelon continuing to improve. Rockmelons, Honeydews and Pineapples remain limited as the cold weather slows growth and availability, while Limes also remain under pressure.
