Mushroom in focus: Lions Mane
Studies have shown that frequent consumption of Lion’s Mane improves general stress, anxiety, and depression, while touting “neuroregenerative” effects. That is, eating the mushroom over time strengthens, tonifies, repairs, and improves function of the nerves in your body. In general, Lion’s Mane has improved cognitive capacity and memory in humans. It’s also shows signs to improve and stave off dementia, cancer, ulcers, and other risks. Definitely a super mushroom as it also reduces heart disease risk and manages diabetes symptoms! 🍄🍄🍄
