Can any other butcher source their beef from 10 minutes down the road?

We've had so many of you rave about our beef, so we wanted to share a quick reminder about where it comes from. Our premium mince, sausages, sirloin, rump, scotch, eye fillet, brisket, T-bone... the list goes on, it all comes from the River Bend Meats farm in Lochinvar.

To be fair, being local isn't actually the selling point, you can get some incredible beef from a select few premium farms across Australia, and from time-to-time we'll still bring in something unique and delish from further afield. Being local doesn't change that. We're chuffed that our beef goes toe-to-toe with some of the most well-known beef providers around and often comes out on top (That's our customers telling us this btw). That's because of its freshness and taste.

The beef is grass-fed & finished and is completely natural. You get a tender, earthy taste that you just can't beat.
