I gave a sachet to my good friend Yucel Northey Street Organic Farmers Market. He makes his own kefir Guty Kefir. I’ve had it every morning for years.

I watched Four Corners last night. “Duped: Food Exposed.”
Substituted ingredients. Contamination. Mislabelled products. Imports arriving unregulated. Marketing claims that don’t match what’s in the packet.
I’ve spent almost a decade in Australian food. This is why the work matters. Real food, from real growers, from a country that regulates its farms. It’s not glamorous, fast or cheap. Nature is the final judge.
