Butcher Required.

Caves Beach Butchery & Teralba Butchery have an opportunity for an experienced, reliable, professional, qualified butcher to join our growing team.

Requirements:
Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent trade qualification.
Demonstrated experience as a butcher, preferably in a wholesale or retail meat environment.
Knowledge of different cuts of meat and relevant preparation techniques.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and takes pride in their craft.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to meat handling and storage.
Availability to work at Caves Beach and/or Teralba also some Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing:
Breaking, Boning and Trimming Beef, Lamb and Pork.
Portion Cutting to required weights (Shop Display & Raffle Trays).
Sausage Making (Fresh & Smallgoods for Smoking).
Brine Injecting for Ham, Corned Beef, Pastrami etc.
Preparation of value added products.
