Hey guys! We are Kieran and Carly for those of you who don’t know and w run this little butcher shop in Terang. We have an outstanding apprentice Aaron Robertson who enjoys learning the trade under the wing of Kieran. Kieran has been butchering for 10 years now and it’s his dream to run his own shop. Want to know a little bit about the butcher? Kieran is and has always been a hard working, dedicated and passionate butcher with around 10years experience! He started his apprenticeship at 17years old while still at school studying Vcal. Kieran would get up for work at 3:40am and work until 8am, go to school 9-3:30pm and than go back to work until 6 or 7pm. Passionate is an under statement. Kieran’s life long dream was to start his own butcher shop and with MUCH hard work, sacrifice and dedication here he is.
