I'm just easing into things & with 5 young children things take time but I look forward to bringing you many sweet treats to cure any craving. I'm working on new recipes and flavours and have my taste testers on the job so look out for their release soon!! My well-known creamy fudges, slices, cakes, lemon butter, Café muffins & date loaves just to name a few - Something sweet for all occasions!

Thangool is 100 and what a fantastic weekend we had celebrating. My pop started his farm in Thangool way back in 1933 & we love being 2nd, 3rd & 4th generation Thangoolian farmers. I had the pleasure of making the Birthday cake that was cut by 3 of Thangool's oldest residents then followed the family march & lots of fun games & catching up with folk from near & far all with Thangool in their hearts. Hay bale high jump was a hit & I may still know how to handle 1 even after all these years 🫣 Congratulations Thangool Inc & your team of volunteers on a very enjoyable weekend.
