We’ll have live music from Stu Art Music setting the scene from 4–6pm, cocktails pouring, wine chilling and a few extra-special additions to the menu - including Steak Frites with a schooner of tap beer and baked oysters with creamy Mornay sauce.

In case you didn't hear, there’s a new neighbour on the Bayside… and they’re serving up a little taste of Italy. 🇮🇹🍝

Meet Essenza, the newest addition to the Blue Tongue Restaurant & Hospitality Group, right next door to Blue Tongue Pantry in Thorneside.

By day, you’ll still find Blue Tongue Kitchen running its NDIS cooking programs. But from Wednesday to Sunday evenings, the space transforms into Essenza - an Italian restaurant inspired by the flavours and hospitality of Campania and Tuscany.

Think handmade pasta, Moreton Bay seafood, seasonal produce, warm focaccia and classic Italian dishes, all brought to life by Chef Amedeo. ✨

We couldn’t be happier to welcome Essenza to the Blue Tongue family - and to our little corner of the Bayside.
