Three simple ways we use Aussie black & white chia at home — quick, practical, and healthy.
1) Chia pudding with native fruit: mix 3 tbsp chia + 1 cup milk, chill 10–15 mins; creamy texture.
2) Egg-replacement chia batter: 1 tbsp chia + 3 tbsp water per egg, rest 5 mins; holds structure in baking.
3) Savoury salad sprinkle: toast seeds 1–2 mins, add for crunch. We offer both white and black chia for mild or nutty flavour.
