McIvor Farm Foods speciality is Free Range Pork - predominatly a Berkshire based herd which being a black pig tolerates living in the outdoors better particularly with regards to sunburn - but from the consumers point-of-view a succluent, juicy pork with amazing flavour.

To save you asking....

We will NOT be offering Salami Pigs or Salami Meat/Trim this year

We did send your regular Salami Maker's an email back in early March to communicate

We had to reduce pur pigs herd in 2025 due to the dry seasons and lack of water supply for our livestock.

This has impacted that we have not had surplus pigs to put aside for Salami Season 2026
