Lucas is a commercial fishermen which means some of our fish in store is caught by himself and his friends/crew 🙏🏼🤙🏼

As well as this we are also grateful for a few local fishermen who catch locally for us and as a bonus are Lucas good friends. They catch and bring in amazing quality fish for our customers 🤍🎣

We are proud to support our local fishing industry and will forever do so, and will forever preach this ❗

A true crowd favourite, and it's easy to see why... 😮‍💨

As a raw prawn, the 'blue legged' King Prawn is instantly recognisable by its vibrant blue legs and blue-tipped tail, nature showing off at its finest 😏

Known as one of the East Coast's favourite eating prawns, they're packed with flavour and have a slightly firmer texture, making them perfect for:

🔥 Throwing on the BBQ
🍤 Crumbing to perfection (we use these for our crumbed cutlets)
🥘 Tossing through your favourite prawn curry
