* Knife hands -Basic Knife skills required
* Experienced kangaroo bo**rs highly regraded but not necessary.
* Butchers
* Meat industry labourers
Pay rates:
• Based on current award rates ( Meat industry) ABOVE AWARD for the right applicants

Requirements: In order to establish your career within this space, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
* Have availability for full-time employment, Monday to Friday
* Have access to reliable transport
* Able to work in Cool processing floor approx 12degrees and may be short amounts of time in freezer and Chillers
* Be reliable, committed, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude
* Be comfortable working in a production & boning room environment
* Be able to adapt to a fast-paced physical role with a focus on safety and quality

Job includes:
- Trimming
- Boning
- Portion cuts
- Slicing
- On job training

* Be reliable, committed, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude
* Be comfortable working in a production & boning room
* Be comfortable handling raw meat and animal bi-products
* Be able to adapt to a fast-paced physical role with a focus on safety and quality

Job includes:
Knife hands:
- Trimming
- Cutting
- Portion cuts
- Slicing
- Have a willingness to learn the basics and possibly preform duties such as, packing, labelling, machine operating, manual handling and cleaning.
