Hello Everyone. I realize that I have been absent for awhile and have not been posting on my page. The reason for this is that I have been taking some time out to reflect on where I want to go in the future.

I have embarked on some study and have been studying to be an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am loving the material and all that I am learning and am excited to be working towards a new path.

This means that I am putting Healthy Choice Provisions on the back burner for awhile until I discover a way to work it in with my new direction.

I will still have the granola going and am still able to make up orders for any of my products that anyone may want. Please just message me and we can discuss your order.

I am very grateful to you all for the support you have shown me and I have learnt so much from going through this turn I took on life's journey. I look forward to sharing with you my exciting new adventure.

Hi Everyone,

To help with your Christmas shopping, I have put together another offer for you. This is a great snack sampler, with your choice of a combination of any 4 packs from the Cracker and G Bomb range.

Super C Crackers make a great snack on the go and go perfectly with a lovey salad for lunch or with your favourite dip.

* Herb and Vegie: delicious crunchy raw crackers packed full of activated seeds (Linseeds, Pepitas, Sunflower Seeds and Black and White Sesame Seeds), making them super good for you. I've also thrown in some vegies for a nutritious boost with organic carrots, red cabbage and beautiful home grown herbs of parsley, rosemary and oregano.

* Thai Spice: These crackers have a similar base of seeds with Linseeds, Pepitas and Sunflower Seeds and I've added the wonderful flavours of Lime, Coriander, and a dash of Chili giving them a zesty zing.

Super G Bombs are a fantastic treat on the go and much better for you than the typical go to snacks of chocolates or lollies.

* Cacao and Goji Berry Bombs are reminiscent of chocolate crackles and really hit the spot when you're are looking for that chocolate hit.

* Orange and Cardamom are a lovely combination Activated Cashews, Coconut, Dates and Orange. I love the spices of India and Cardamom is one of my favourites which gives these Bombs their unique flavour.

So it would appear it has come time to face the inevitable, It's Christmas time again, and it's so soon! Is it just me or has this year gone by in a flash? I hope you are all happy and healthy and getting ready for this busy time of year.

To help with some gift giving ideas, I am repeating last years Christmas pack which is a combination of my delicious products for anyone looking for a present with a difference. It is a great idea as a corporate gift, for the health conscious friend or family member, or even as a lovely treat for yourself.

April is Asperger, Autism and ADHD Awareness Month

I have been given a special opportunity to help the lovely Jess Young at Young Speech Pathology, to produce some alternative food options for some of the children she works with.

Jess has said that some of these children can become quite set in what they will and won't eat based on colour, texture and taste. To help with getting these kids to accept new or different foods, Jess has a wonderful program called Food Therapy, where she introduces different foods in a way that allows the kids to get used to what they look like, feel like and eventually taste like. This must be a God send to the parents as anyone who has spent time with kids would know, meal times can definitely be a challenge at the best of times.

I thought I would share this lovely video from Autism Spectrum Australia, which was launched for Autism Awareness Day on the 2nd April.

My appologies for the lengthy abscence since my last post. I have just returned from an amazing trip to France and Spain and come back feeling energized.
