Huns' Delight, established by, Marti, in 2013 here at Airlie Beach, has been baking these delights for all the locals and international visitors attending our wonderful tourism area. For some time, Marti, has been listening to the many favourable comments from her customers and taken note. So too, give the traditional Chimney Cake, another twist in its evolution. Huns' Delight (Marti) has ..... developed the, Chimney Cone.. The sweet flavoured dough cooked on the timber spit is then garnished with fabulous spices, tantalisingly filled nutella, custard, whipped cream and topping. It’s sensational and with pure decadence. But lets not forget about our other delicious dish. sounds good, doesnt it!? so what is it you ask. Lángos is a Hungarian fried bread which became part of the country's cuisine centuries ago. The name comes from 'láng', the Hungarian word for flame. Today it's a favourite street and fair food and eaten as an appetizer or snack, usually simply rubbed with garlic and sprinkled with salt.
