🌟 Sweet Shack - Who we are

Sweet Shack is a family owned business. There is me Arabella (14), Willow (12) and Zyah (10), plus our chef out the back (Dad).

We’ve been running Sweet Shack for about 7 months, which was inspired from visiting the same pancake place for 9 years. From the age of 5, I have always dreamed of owning it, when our Dad used to take us every Sunday.

We sell a variety of treats, some of our favourites and best sellers are; pancakes, waffles, waffle bites and the BEST bacon and egg rolls in town, plus we are the home of $2 poppers, soft drinks and water.

We have loved every bit of Sweet Shack, maybe not all the early wake ups, but it makes it all worth it when our regular customers come to support us.

🌟 Sweet Shack - Our Cotters experience

Our favourite part of the Cotters community is seeing our regular customers and welcoming visitors to our beautiful city. My personal favourite was Easter Sunday, giving out Easter eggs and stickers to all the little kids walking past.

Some of our favourite things at Cotters are Sun's Dumplings, My Fruit Shop, Ca Phe X Matcha, Sweet N Sour Juices, plus my brother's favourite is the samples at the fruit shop.

We’re excited to welcome to Flinders Square for the first time, bringing his unique sound to the market.

💃🏼Then from 9:30am, the Global Dance Collective and Afrekete Australia kick things off with vibrant Cuban-inspired dance, rhythm and culture across Flinders Square.

🥁At 10:00am, we invite you to join a community drum circle, raising funds for those affected by the Venezuelan earthquake while filling the space with powerful beats, community spirit and connection.

With live music, dancing, drumming, and plenty of chances to watch, listen and join in, there’s something happening around every corner this Sunday.

Plus, enjoy all your favourite market stalls, delicious food, fresh coffee, and local makers.
