🎉 GOOD NEWS, TWEED HEADS! 🎉

Our portable scanner has been successfully recovered by police and is now safely back where it belongs - just in time for Monday’s stock ordering! 🙌

We would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Tweed community for the incredible support, shares, messages and assistance following our post. The response from the community was overwhelming and a wonderful reminder of how locals look after one another.

A special thank you also goes to the team at Tweed Heads Police Station for their prompt action and assistance in recovering this important piece of equipment. We are incredibly grateful for your support.

TWEED COMMUNITY – PLEASE HELP

These two people pictured allegedly removed a portable scanner from our store this afternoon.

This scanner is an essential tool we use every day to place orders for the store, and replacing it will take time and impact our operations.

As a family-owned business, we’re working hard to continue improving IGA Tweed Heads for our local community, so we’re asking for your help.

If you recognise these individuals, or if you have any information that could assist in the return of the scanner before Monday, please contact us via private message or speak with the store directly.

A $200 cash reward is being offered for information that leads to the safe return of the scanner before our Monday ordering deadline.

Our main priority is simply getting this important piece of equipment back so we can continue serving the community.
