🐟How do you feel about anchovies?

They’re a great source of omega-3, protein and other vitamins and when you fry them off in a pasta sauce you hardly even know they’re there! 🍝👌

Everything you need for this quick, easy meal is available at Wagga Fruit Supply 😊

THE WALL HAS SPOKEN✊

Ah, the shelf that started with good intentions and ended up as a home for things we “might need one day.”

What’s the randomest thing you’ve found during a clean up?
We found a boat cleaning kit. We don’t own a boat 🤨🚤

Have you ever heard of green manure? 🌱

We went to visit Terry this week to learn about it. Every third crop, Terry plants a mix of tillage radish and cereal rye that he grows specifically to put goodness back into the earth.

Not to sell. Not to harvest. Just to heal the soil.

It adds carbon, breaks up the ground, revitalises the land and creates the perfect foundation for the next crop. Once this crop doubles in height, he’ll slash it and work it back into the soil.

What comes next? Fresh produce grown exclusively for Wagga Fruit Supply 💚

This is why Terry’s food tastes different. The care starts long before anything is planted.
