Fish of the week • Tasmanian TRUMPETER 🐟

The strikingly striped trumpeter is a fantastic table fish that comes from the deep waters of southern Australia, especially around Tasmania.

It’s a top choice for food lovers because of its high oil content, which makes it deliciously moist and gives it a mild, excellent flavour.

Fresh Local Bonito fillets! 🐟

A favourite of many and for good reason! Referred to by some as mini tuna, Bonito does share some similarities.

On the more oily side this is a full flavoured fish that can be enjoyed raw as well as delicious cooked.

Is great with simple flavours to highlight the fish as well as being able to handle bold flavours and spice. Cooks choice 😉
