Today we would like to celebrate two very special people, Mr & Mrs Kelly, on their incredible 65th Wedding Anniversary! 🎉💐

Since the day Rose City Fruits opened its doors, they have been loyal customers and wonderful supporters of our business. We are so grateful for their friendship, kindness, and continued support over the years.

🍎❄️ Winter Apple & Pear Crumble ❄️🍐

Nothing says winter comfort like a warm Apple & Pear Crumble fresh from the oven!

Ingredients:
• 4 apples, peeled and sliced
• 4 pears, peeled and sliced
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup plain flour
• ½ cup brown sugar (for topping)
• 125g butter, melted

Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place apples and pears in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 2 tbsp brown sugar.
In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and melted butter until crumbly.
Spread crumble mixture evenly over the fruit.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with cream, custard or vanilla ice cream.

We will be closed Monday for Labour Day and will reopen Tuesday with normal trading hours.
