Thank you to everyone that supported us over the last year at the Danks Street Produce Merchants. This little cheese shop is closing its doors for now. We loved every moment of tasting and learning all about our cheeses with you all and making sure that the right cheese went to the right home.

Very excited for the participants joining Cheese 2017 in Bra, Italy this year.

Equally excited to be collaborating with the Slow Food Sydney convivium in our own cheese event.

Although there is no clear right or wrong, widening your vocabulary helps refine your palate and train your taste buds to choosing the good, clean and fair.
