Yummmmmmmmm

Still deciding what to make for Christmas?If you haven’t yet decided on a dessert here’s a little inspiration for you.
This is the return of one of my all time favourites. It’s so simple and easy to make. I love making this for parties and having people guess what it’s made of.
This tart is smooth silky and decadent. It’s also nut free and the secret ingredient is avocado 🥑.

Cherry 🍒 Ripe tart
Crust
2 cups desiccated coconut
2 Tbsps Brown rice syrup
2 Tbsps Coconut oil
1-2Tbsps water

Method:
🎄Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till it all comes together. The mixture should hold nicely when pressed together so you may need to adjust water accordingly.
🎄Press into a 7 inch flan tin

Filling:
2 Cups Avocado
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup Coconut milk
1/3 cup Brown rice syrup or coconut nectar
1/3 cup Water
1/4 cup Coconut oil
1/3 cup Cacao butter
1/3 cup Dessicated coconut
Pinch salt

Method:
🎄Place the avocado, cacao powder, water and brown rice syrup in a food processor and process till smooth.
🎄Add the coconut oil and cacao butter and adjust sweetness to your liking.
🎄Pulse in the dessicated coconut.
🎄Pour into tart case and refrigerate till you make the topping.

Coconut 🥥 whipped cream
1 can coconut cream
Stevia and vanilla to Taste.
🎄 Chill coconut cream in refrigerator overnight.
🎄scoop out the top part leaving the liquid aside for another use.
🎄place in a chilled bowl with stevia and vanilla to taste and beat in an electric mixer for about a minute till firm.
🎄Decorate the tart with cream and fresh cherries 🍒
