Quirindi Country Markets is a stand alone market organised by a member of the community for the community. Bringing all things handmade, homemade, and locally sources together for a fun filled day of entertainment and market stalls.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Our beautiful monthly markets were due to make a return for the year in April, just in time for Easter celebrations.

Sadly, with the way the economy is at the moment and the uncertainty of the fuel crisis and where that leads us, we have found ourselves in unfamiliar territory.

Our wonderful and dedicated stall holders travel great distances to attend our markets and sadly decisions have been made to cut travel costs where they can. And understandably too.
This effects the markets significantly and the committee (with tears in their eyes) have decided along side our regular stall holders that the monthly markets will be on HOLD until further notice.

This is not the end of us, just a pause while the economy shakes like a tree in a storm. Solid roots still hold us firm, but we need to hold on while we sway.

What will we be doing in the meantime?
We will get a head start on our massive FREE Christmas In The Park and make it well worth it for both stall holders and also attendees to show our appreciation for the support you have shown us all.

Our fb page settings will be changed so stall holders can use it as a platform to continue to sell their beautiful handmade items that can be sent in the post.

Please note: any transactions between seller and buyer are exactly that, and we as organisers of the monthly markets hold no responsibility for postage issues.

We will hopefully see you all soon.

REMINDER- Due to a few large scale events happening around the region this weekend, we will NOT be having markets on Saturday.

STALLHOLDERS - If you are interested in attending the Quirindi Silo Light and Sound Show on Saturday evening, please inbox them directly (tagged in title), as they are still looking for more stalls.

Due to the amount of large scale community event that are taking place the first weekend of December, we have decided we will not be having a market day in December.

Our stall holders can be found at the Quirindi Silo Street Party from 5pm Saturday 6th,
Or Currabubula Boutique Markets in Currabubula, on Sunday 7th from 8am.

☆☆ DOUBLE ANNOUNCEMENT ☆☆

Unfortunately there will be no markets on Saturday 1st November.
Our next market day will be Saturday 6th December in Willow Tree. Join us then for an extra special Christmas themed Market day with Santa and his reincow.

It also saddens us to announce, we will NOT be going ahead with Christmas In The Park this year.

An event of that scale requires sponsorship and many volunteers for site preparation, and coordination of event day.
This year we have fallen well short of both. And not through lack of effort trying to secure both from many avenues.

This event has proven to be a free, fun, community orientated, family event that our team loves delivering to the community. But, as a small and aging team, we can not do it alone.

Hopefully next year. Fingers crossed.

Combined Markets and Car Boot Sale.

Saturday 6th September 9am-2pm.
Located in the beautiful hired park like grounds of Random Rural Art Gallery on the New England Highway in Willow Tree.

Due to the many requests we have had to organise a car boot sale, we will combine the two in September.
Anyone new that is interested in attending as a vendor is asked to text Chrissy on 0404122563 with STALL HOLDER ENQUIRY, or CAR BOOT SALE ENQUIRY so she can send you the details.
