Merry Christmas from my kitchen to yours.

This year 2025 has been quite a hard year for me after sustaining an injury from an accident in March, hence why I have not been able to cook away to my hearts content, it certainly has been a trying year with surgeries and procedures and lots of rehab.

Usually at Christmas time I would be cooking to my hearts content with an abundance of Relishes and Jams, but sadly I haven’t been able to. In 2026 I am hoping and praying that I will be back in my kitchen again, The place where I am Happy and that I can Cook away.

Thankyou everyone for your messages and support which makes me stay positive and focus on what’s to come.

Good evening all,

Just touching base as I have had to decline multiple orders.

As many of you know that I had a horrible accident back in March with multiple surgeries and still in a moonboot 8 months to date, My passion for cooking , I have not been able to do.

I am unable to stand on my foot for long periods of time.

This has been such a struggle and emotional road for me, but in time Im hoping that that I will be cooking to my hearts content.

Good morning everyone!!

Just touching base.
After months of hospital appointments, physio and specialists.

I haven’t been able to cook in months due to a nasty accident which meant that I haven’t been able to cook to heart content.

I’m hoping by Christmas my heart will be full again and that I can provide happiness back in my kitchen.
