I started making Jams & Relishes approximately 3 years ago, starting out just making for my families Cafe & from there branching out into wedding favors, supplying other Cafes/Tea rooms. I am based Northern Gold Coast, I have been known to organise shipping to most areas of Australia for past customers. I love Canning & have researched correct methods, take extra care to ensure it's done properly,

all poured while hot into sterilised jars amongst other precautions to remove any risk of bacteria or Botolism, something alot of home canners may not necessarily be aware of. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to message me :)
