Another cake is getting ready for a big celebration, this time it's a three layer hazelnut and vanilla cake soaked with orange syrup, vanilla mousse filling and finished with freshly whipped cream and roasted hazelnuts.

Just a few shots of a cake we made a while ago: fudgy chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate crema pasticcera, covered with a dark chocolate mousse and a thin layer of mirror glaze. This one is for real chocolate lovers!!
