In the inaugural Cobbo-Fuller Cup between the South Burnett and Central Burnett Rugby League rep teams at Kingaroy, South Burnett has had a cracking win.

The Eagles dominated in the first half and kept up the momentum!

Busy weekend ahead with lots of work to catch up on. So spent my 40 minutes (since footy training got cancelled 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳)
Just need:-
-Salmon to go with the fried rice, sweet potato chunks and spring rolls
-The gravy beef to make a slow cooker curry tomorrow. Spag bol sauce ready for the kids incase they don’t want that
-Chicken to go with the honey soy, noodles and veges

Fridge cleaned out and ready to run with a reallllllly long list of jobs oh and kids sport.

If you couldn’t be bothered cooking tomorrow night head to the RSL to support the Wondai Proston Wolves in their weekly meat tray raffles! And I think it’s Parmi night too! They are hosting the juniors this weekend so big weekend for all their volunteers!

Bit on. Smashed out 35 minutes tonight so I can at least be in control of 1 thing for the rest of the week.
🍔 Steak burgers tonight (used rump and just cut it thinly once it’s cooked made it go further)
🇲🇽 Nachos tomorrow night after footy
🐮 🥔 🌽 🥕 🥦 Pepper rump cap, roast potatoes and veges Friday night. This may sound difficult but it will literally be a roasting pan with the meat in it at about 3.30, throw the potatoes in the same dish at about 5.30. And one pot for the veges (and if I remember to get the peas out of the freezer and microwave 🤪)
Everything is used up in the fridge veg/salad wise so no waste for the week. Winning!
