My Name is Angela Thomas, I am a chef by trade and I have done various short courses, in cake decorating and continue to learn and look for more to add to my knowledge. I bake the cakes from scratch only using the freshest ingredients. Learning new techniques every day and pushing myself to the limit. I also have just taken on a new adventure in the Thermomix world as a Thermomix consultant. I am happily married with 4 beautiful children 12old twin boys and 10yr old girl and 6 yr old girl.
