Our stunning goat cheese Florence is creamy, rich and full of flavour… but she also has a clever little secret. That hole in the middle isn’t just for looks it actually helps the cheese ripen beautifully all the way through while creating the perfect space to add even more deliciousness. ✨

Today I’ve filled Florence with my Plump apricots, a generous drizzle of my Adelaide Hills Honey and served her alongside a handful of my Monet Crackers for the ultimate sweet, creamy, crunchy experience.

Simple. Beautiful. Absolutely delicious.

Taking our Buffalo Curd to the next level.⁠

Start by making sure your curd is beautifully cold, even 5 minutes in the freezer helps it slip perfectly from the pot, holding that gorgeous little round shape.⁠
Place it onto a plate with a lip to catch all that glorious olive oil. As the cheese gently comes to temperature, it softens just enough… exactly how you want it.⁠
Drizzle generously with olive oil, finish with a pinch of Monet Salt, and serve immediately with warm crusty bread.⁠
Looks good… tastes even better.⁠
