This season, we've created something truly special, the Stone Axe Winter Pie, a rich and indulgent celebration of slow cooking, craftsmanship and exceptional Australian beef.
Tender Stone Axe Beef Shin is slowly braised with carrots, onion, celery, pumpkin and fennel, enriched with red wine, garlic and fragrant Herbes de Provence. The filling is then encased in a handmade French pâté brisée, topped with golden pommes duchesse, and baked until beautifully crisp.
Available in two sizes, there's one to gather the family around the table and another perfectly suited to a cosy meal for one.
