Culture is central to connection, identity and thriving communities. In the Clarence Valley, arts and culture contribute to belonging, pride, wellbeing and economic resilience across our towns and villages.

The draft Clarence Valley Cultural Strategy 2036 has been developed in collaboration with the community, and will guide Council in supporting arts, heritage, and culture in the region over the next 10 years.

Happy World Bee Day 🌼🐝

Did you know? Bees can visit up to 5,000 flowers in a single day 🌸

As they move between blooms they transfer pollen, helping plants produce seeds, fruits, and new growth. Around one third of the food we eat depends on pollinators like bees.

Without them, many plants wouldn’t be able to reproduce, and entire ecosystems would struggle to survive.

A little reminder to protect and care for the smallest creatures making the biggest difference 🍃✨
