Every booking made before Friday 8 May automatically goes in the draw to win a Gippsland Gourmet Produce Hamper, packed with loads of local goodies and pantry favourites we stock in the store.
The winner will be drawn Monday 11 May, announced here on Instagram, and notified by phone.

Today we pause.
At Gippsland Food & Wine, we are humbled to have ancestors who answered the call across generations. Sergeant William Collier Francis, who served in the Boer War. Corporal Walter Batley Seaman of the 10th Battalion AIF, who fell at Gallipoli on 19 May 1915, aged 24. His brother Sergeant Arthur James Seaman of the 12th Battalion AIF, lost just months later. Private Frederick Albert Seaman, who came home. Arthur Haigh, who served in the First World War. And Egbert Rudolph Francis, who enlisted in the Second World War.
Some came home. Some did not. Their names are part of our family story, but they belong to a much bigger one. Across this country, every town, every street, every family carries a thread of that same story.
Anzac Day is a quiet day for us. A day for remembering, for being grateful, and for reflecting on the freedoms we so often take for granted.
To those who fell, we remember you.
To those who returned, we thank you.
To those who serve today, we honour you.
To every family who has lost someone, every family who has welcomed someone home, and every family who waits while a loved one serves today, we stand with you in remembrance.
Lest we forget. 🌺

🎄 Christmas & New Year Trading Hours 🎄
Not a lot changes here over the festive season. We will be open our usual hours, with 3 exceptions:
1) we are closed Christmas Day,
2) we will be opening at 9am on New Years Day,
3) we will be trading as Takeaway Service from Friday 26th December to Sunday 4th January. What this means is that our kitchen is closed for “dine-in” meals; but our entire menu is still available. It will simply come in takeaway cups or in takeaway boxes. You can also still use our tearooms facilities (tables, chairs & bathrooms).

We’re all super excited to see you over the Christmas & New Year break!!

🚒👏 Shout out to Jake Murphy! 👏🚒

Today our very own team member Jake Murphy is climbing the stairs in Melbourne as part of the CFA Stair Climb with his Trafalgar CFA crew.

This incredible event raises much-needed funds for mental health, su***de prevention, and support services for our firefighters and emergency service workers — causes that make a real difference in our community.

We’re so proud of Jake for taking on this challenge and representing both the CFA and our Gippsland community. 💛
