👋 GOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE 👋

You would have noticed its been a little quiet over here on my page and that's for good reason. I've been away on holiday with my Husband and two children to New Zealand and then an Alex Warren Concert on top of that.

I'm sorry if you have been to the fridge with only eggs and water and no sweet treats and I do apologise for that but I don't like to announce when I'm away due to house safety, please forgive me!

🧈 Home made Butter 🧈

Most know me for making Slices, Puddings and Savouries but behind the scenes I'll pretty much have a go at anything.

This afternoon I've been busy in the kitchen turning 2L of Ashgrove Pure Cream into Home made Spreadable Butter.

I managed to get roughly 1,096g of Butter give or take the weight of the containers and 716g of Buttermilk that I'll use in Scones and some other things ☺️
